Deployment (handover)

Prototype = local only. Ship path (same as h9x.lbm-ai.com): single HTML → Cloudflare Pages Direct Upload → Cloudflare Access email lock → subdomain money.lbm-ai.com. Phase B: Cloudflare D1 + Worker synced via wrangler deploy. No GitHub.
